Our Community Outreach Director, Steven Williams, will be covering everything you need to know to help you make the most use of Accessible Dispatch NYC.

- Instructions on how to book trips
- Details about the types of vehicles used in the program
- Overview of the training drivers are given on ramp utilization and wheelchair securement
