Passengers and advocates for individuals with disabilities are the key to our success, and we always want to hear about your experience to help us shape the future of the Accessible Dispatch program. Whether you want to tell us about a driver who went above and beyond to make your trip seamless and comfortable, you have a suggestion for how our app or website could be better, or you had a service issue you want to bring to our attention, we look for your feedback to help us improve our trip scheduling and delivery processes.
There are three ways you can get your feedback to us quickly and easily:
- Complete our brief online feedback form by clicking here
- Drop us a quick note by emailing accessibledispatch@mtm-inc.net
- Speak directly to a representative by calling 646-599-9999 (NY Relay: 711)
Keep in mind that the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC) has set forth certain rights for all passengers using taxis. This includes trips scheduled through Accessible Dispatch in wheelchair accessible green and yellow taxis. We encourage you to stay abreast of the TLC’s Passenger Bill of Rights; click here to review your rights. If you feel your rights were violated, please let us know immediately. You can also contact TLC directly by submitting a consumer complaint; click here for more information.
Join Our Upcoming Focus Group!
Looking for another way to give us feedback while interacting with our staff and other Accessible Dispatch passengers and advocates? We invite you to join our upcoming focus group on Wednesday, July 11 at 10:30 a.m.!
We are hosting the group to discuss your experience with the program and tell you how we’re improving wheelchair accessible taxi service in all five boroughs. If you’re interested in collaborating with our team and shaping the future of Accessible Dispatch, please email Carolyn Metz at cmetz@mtm-inc.net to RSVP and receive more details about the session. The meeting location is accessible to individuals using wheelchairs and others with disabilities; please let us know if you have additional accommodations or accessibility requests.
