With a service area that accommodates pick-ups and drop-offs in all five boroughs, Accessible Dispatch is dedicated to helping New York City residents and visitors with disabilities access the city like never before with on-demand wheelchair accessible taxi service. We recently hosted an online information session to give New York City constituents a better understanding of how the Accessible Dispatch program works.
